Danelle Devine co-founded perf pay after graduating with honors from Babson College. She now works in business development and operations for COMPAX. Danelle is concerned about recycling in both her personal life and professional life. She is a conscious consumer, buying used items and recycling right. At COMPAX, she’s proud of their commitment to social responsibility and sustainability, especially with regards to their ambitious post-consumer resin (PCR) goals. Danelle believes that recycling education is important not only for the environment, but also for the economy. She hopes that REDO can help drive the cost of consumer plastic down by getting more people to put clean material into their bins. In her free time, Danelle enjoys skiing, hiking, art and dance.
