REDO works with students who want to create, improve, and/or promote recycling systems in their schools and communities. We empower these young leaders by providing training, support and educational materials.
High school students intern as Project Coordinators to initiate or amplify recycling at their high schools. Students work to gain experience educating their peers, and the community, on how to recycle right. Volunteer hours and projects will vary depending on the type of program they create.

We help schools and businesses develop recycling policies.
A recycling policy will help your school or business thrive in its mission to go zero-waste. It ensures that everyone in your organization is on the same page. School administrations come and go, sustainability leaders in businesses move up and out of companies, but a policy is there to stay.
Policies can be challenging to create on your own. That’s why REDO is here to help. Our staff at REDO works directly with the individuals who will be implementing the policy to ensure that the vision is executed correctly.
